S&P Global Ratings assigned its 'A-1' rating to Atlanta's series 2016F and 2016G commercial paper (CP) notes. The series F CP notes consist of Atlanta's series F-1 (nonalternative-minimum tax (AMT)) and F-2 (AMT) third-lien airport general revenue CP notes and series F-3 (non-AMT) and F-4 (AMT) second-lien airport passenger facility charge and third-lien airport general revenue CP notes. The series G CP notes consist of Atlanta's series G-1 (non-AMT) and G-2 (AMT) third-lien airport general revenue CP notes and series G-3 (non-AMT) and G-4 (AMT) second-lien airport passenger facility charge and third-lien airport general revenue CP notes.
