Standard&Poor's Ratings Services assigned its 'AA' rating to Atlanta's series 2014A and 2014B general obligation (GO) refunding bonds. At the same time, Standard&Poor's affirmed its 'AA' rating on the city's GO debt. Standard&Poor's also affirmed its 'AA' ratings on Atlanta&Fulton County Recreation Authority's series 2007A, 2007B, and 2010 bonds, Atlanta Downtown Development Authority's tax-secured and appropriation debt, and Atlanta Public Safety&Judicial Facilities Authority's, Atlanta Solid Waste Management Authority's, and Atlanta Urban Residential Finance Authority's appropriation debt. These obligations are all supported by the city. The outlooks on all ratings are stable. Certain revenue, in the first instance, secures the Atlanta&Fulton County Recreation Authority series 2007 and 2010 revenue
