The rating on Jacksonville Health Facility Authority, Fla.'s variable-rate series 1997C bonds, issued on behalf of Ascension Health, has been affirmed subsequent to the bank facility being extended to Sept. 29, 2006. The long-term component of the rating on the bonds reflects the credit quality of the insurer (MBIA). The short-term component of the rating is based on the credit quality of Bank of America N.A.
