NEW YORK (Standard&Poor's) Nov. 19, 2004--Standard&Poor's Ratings Services raised the short-term component of its 'AAA/A-1' rating on 19 Merrill Lynch Svenska Handelsbanken liquidity facility-backed trusts to 'A-1+' (see list below). This action follows Standard&Poor's Nov. 11, 2004, upgrade of the liquidity facility provider, Svenska Handelsbanken, to 'AA-/A-1+' from 'A+/A-1'.
