Standard&Poor's Ratings Services affirmed its 'A+' long-term rating on Alameda Contra Costa Transit District (AC Transit), Calif.'s series 2007 and series 2009 certificates of participation (COPs) and removed its rating from CreditWatch with developing implications, where it was placed on Dec. 18, 2013. The outlook is stable. The affirmed rating reflects the application of Standard&Poor's revised rating criteria, "Mass Transit Enterprise Ratings: Methodology and Assumptions," published on Dec. 18, 2013. Also, in accordance with the revised criteria, we assigned AC Transit a stand-alone credit profile (SACP) of 'a+' and an issuer credit rating (ICR) of 'A+'. The outlook is stable.
