SAN FRANCISCO (Standard&Poor's) March 24, 2014--Standard&Poor's Ratings Services affirmed its 'A+' long-term rating on Alameda Contra Costa Transit District (AC Transit), Calif.'s series 2007 and series 2009 certificates of participation (COPs), and removed its rating from CreditWatch with developing implications, where it was placed on Dec. 18, 2013. The outlook is stable. "The rating actions reflect the application of Standard&Poor's revised mass transit rating criteria published Dec. 18, 2013," said Standard&Poor's credit analyst Mary Ellen Wriedt.
