SAN FRANCISCO (S&P Global Ratings) Dec. 6, 2017--S&P Global Ratings has assigned its 'A+' long-term rating to the South Davis Metro Fire Service Area (the district), Utah's series 2017 emergency services revenue and refunding bonds. The outlook is stable. "The rating reflects our assessment of the district's strong local economy and its growing trend in both assessed value and market value, which translate to increases in revenues," said S&P Global Ratings credit analyst Li Yang.
