SAN FRANCISCO (Standard&Poor's) March 18, 2008-- Standard&Poor's Ratings Services raised its rating and underlying rating (SPUR) to 'AA+' from 'AA' on Seattle, Wash.'s outstanding drainage and wastewater revenue bonds. At the same time, Standard&Poor's assigned its 'AA+' rating to the city's $98.985 million series 2008 drainage and wastewater revenue and refunding bonds. The outlook is stable.
