Abstract:

CHICAGO (Standard&Poor's) Feb. 6, 2013--Standard&Poor's Ratings Services has suspended its underlying rating (SPUR) on Cook County School District No. 88 (Bellwood), Ill.'s series 2009A, 2009B, 2010A, 2010B, 2010C, and 2010D general obligation (GO) bonds ('A-') and removed the rating from CreditWatch, where it was placed with negative implications on Jan. 18. The rating suspension reflects our lack of receipt of timely information of satisfactory quality from the issuer, including updated audited financial statements, in accordance with our policies.
