NEW YORK (S&P Global Ratings) Nov. 7, 2016--S&P Global Ratings corrected by lowering its long-term rating on Southern California Home Finance Authority's series 2002A-1B single-family mortgage revenue bonds to 'AA-' from AA+. The outlook is stable. On Oct. 7, 2015, S&P Global Ratings revised the outlook on General Electric Co. to negative from stable. The rating service subsequently lowered the rating to 'AA-' with a stable outlook on Sept. 23, 2016. S&P Global Ratings missed revising the outlook to negative on Southern California Home Finance Authority's series 2002A-1B single-family mortgage revenue bonds. The general fund is held pursuant to a guaranteed investment contract with Trinity Funding Co. LLC. The ratings on Trinity Funding Co. LLC are directly linked to General
