PARIS (Standard&Poor's) May 3, 2004--Standard&Poor's Ratings Services said today that it had affirmed its 'AA-' long-term and 'A-1+' short-term counterparty credit ratings on CALYON (formerly known as Crédit Agricole Indosuez) and Crédit Lyonnais. The outlook on both entities is stable. The rating action follows the transfer of Crédit Lyonnais' corporate and investment banking assets to Crédit Agricole Indosuez (CAI), a subsidiary of Crédit Agricole S.A.
