NEW YORK (Standard&Poor's) Aug. 21, 2015--Standard&Poor's Ratings Services corrected by reinstating its 'AA/A-1' and 'AA' ratings on Morgan Stanley&Co. LLC Trust's series 2008-2920 floater and residual certificates, respectively, relating to Port Authority of New York&New Jersey's 148th series consolidated bonds. The outlook is stable, reflecting the outlook on the insurance provider, Assured Guaranty Municipal Corp.
