NEW YORK (Standard&Poor's) Oct. 26, 2015--Standard&Poor's Ratings Services assigned the following ratings to five tender option bond series 2015-ZM trust puttable floating-rate receipts (floaters) and five inverse floating-rate receipts (residuals), issued by Mesirow Financial Inc. These trusts are issued under the common document initiative using net liquidity. For these transactions, Mesirow Financial Inc. is the trust administrator, and Municipal Funding Services LLC is the trustor. Morgan Stanley Bank N.A. is the liquidity provider. For these trusts, Mesirow Financial Inc. deposited underlying bond proceeds into various trusts and issued new floater and residual receipts for each trust on the sale date (Oct. 22, 2015).
