Abstract:

BOSTON (S&P Global Ratings) June 19, 2017--S&P Global Ratings has corrected by assigning its program rating to the City of Westfield, Mass.' series 2014 general obligation qualified municipal purpose loan bonds based on the Massachusetts Qualified Bond Program. However, we base the long-term rating, which is 'AA' with a stable outlook, on the underlying credit conditions of the city, which we view as stronger of the two pledges.
