NEW YORK (Standard&Poor's) March 11, 2010--Standard&Poor's Ratings Services corrected and raised its school district issuer credit rating (ICR) on Clay County School District No. 74 (North Kansas City), Mo.'s series 2003 general obligation (GO) school refunding bonds, series 2004 GO refunding and improvement bonds (Missouri Direct Deposit program), and series 2005 and 2006 GO bonds (Missouri Direct Deposit program) to 'AA' from 'AA-'. The long-term ratings remain AA+/Stable. On Oct. 20, 2008, Standard&Poor's raised the school district ICR on the district's GO bonds outstanding to 'AA' from 'AA-'. However, Standard&Poor's did not contemporaneously raise the school district ICRs on the series 2003, 2004, 2005, and 2006 bonds. (For further information, please see
