NEW YORK (Standard&Poor's) May 18, 2010--Standard&Poor's Ratings Services corrected by reinstating its 'AA+' rating, with a stable outlook, on Tennessee Housing Development Agency's series 1997-1 homeownership program bonds. On Dec. 21, 2006, due to an error, we withdrew the 'AA' rating on the series 1997-1 bonds. On May 8, 2009, we raised the rating on the bonds issued for Tennessee Housing Development Agency to 'AA+'. Accordingly, we are reinstating the rating on the series 1997-1 at 'AA+'.
