NEW YORK (Standard&Poor's) Feb. 26, 2010--Standard&Poor's Ratings Services corrected and reinstated its 'AA+/Stable' rating on Tennessee Housing Development Agency's homeownership program bonds series 1998-3C. On Dec. 21, 2006, we withdrew the then current 'AA/Stable' rating on the series 1998-3C bonds due to an error. On May 11, 2009, we raised the rating on the agency's general homeownership program bonds to 'AA+' from 'AA' (please see, " Tennessee Housing Development Agency; Other; Single Family Whole Loan ," published May 11, 2009 on RatingsDirect). The rating on the series 1998-3C bonds is therefore reinstated at 'AA+' to reflect the revised rating on the general homeownership bonds.
