Rhode Island Student Loan Authority Ratings Affirmed On 86 Classes From The 2009 And 2018 Master Trusts

We reviewed our ratings on bonds backed by pools of private student loans made under Rhode Island Student Loan Authority's loan program. We affirmed our ratings on 86 classes from its 2009 and 2018 trust indentures. The seven affirmations at the 'AAA (sf)' level reflect these bonds' short terms to maturity and the trusts' capital and payment structures. The remaining 79 affirmations reflect our view that available credit enhancement levels are sufficient to support the respective classes at their current rating levels and that the trust may issue additional bonds, which could affect the level of available credit enhancement.
