We reviewed Rhode Island Student Loan Authority's senior series 2018-1, 2019-1, 2021-1, 2021-2, and 2021 senior series A, which were issued under the 2018 master indenture and are backed by a pool of private fixed-rate student loan. We affirmed our ratings on 36 classes of bonds from the five series. The affirmations reflect our view of the 2018 master indenture's credit support, parity, pool characteristics, and the interest and principal payments made under stressed cash flow modeling scenarios, among other factors.
