We are affirming our ratings, including our 'A' long-term issuer credit rating, on the Province of Prince Edward Island (PEI). The ratings reflect our view of PEI's stable economy, moderate debt burden, and positive financial management. The stable outlook reflects our expectation, under our base case scenario, that the province will generally achieve the revenue and expenditure targets within its three-year fiscal plan, resulting in a steady improvement in budgetary performance through fiscal 2015.
