S&P Global Ratings raised its long-term rating on Madison Jersey etc. Counties Community College District (CCD) No. 536 (Lewis and Clark Community College) , Illinois’ existing general obligation (GO) debt certificates and bonds to'AA-'from'A+'. At the same time, S&P Global Ratings assigned its ‘AA-‘ long-term rating to the district’s anticipated $13.965 million series 2026 GO refunding bonds. The outlook is stable.
