On Feb. 18, 2005, Standard&Poor's Ratings Services withdrew all its ratings on InterContinental Hotels Group PLC, the U.K.-based international hotel operator, and related entity Six Continents PLC, including its 'BBB/A-2' corporate credit ratings on the group. The ratings were withdrawn following the group's repayment of all outstanding bond issues with property disposal proceeds.
