LONDON (Standard&Poor's) Feb. 18, 2005--Standard&Poor's Ratings Services said today it withdrew all its ratings on InterContinental Hotels Group PLC, the U.K.-based international hotel operator, and related entity Six Continents PLC, including its 'BBB/A-2' corporate credit ratings on the group.
