On Jan. 13, 2012, we affirmed our 'BBB+' long-term and 'A-2' short-term ratings on the Republic of Ireland. In accordance with our criteria for rating government related entities we are affirming our 'BBB' long-term corporate credit rating on Ireland-based airport operator Dublin Airport Authority PLC (DAA) and removing it from CreditWatch negative. The negative outlook reflects the uncertainties surrounding passenger numbers at DAA's airports and the risk that a deterioration of Ireland's creditworthiness may put pressure on the stand-alone credit profile and ratings on DAA.
