We see less risk that Airbus Group SE (Airbus) will take financial policy decisions that could weaken credit metrics, such as making large debt-financed acquisitions or implementing material share-buy backs. Therefore, we see a possibility that we could revise our assessment of Airbus' financial policy and so remove the notch of negative adjustment that constrains the long-term ratings. We are consequently revising our outlook on Airbus to positive from stable, and affirming our 'A/A-1' ratings. The positive outlook reflects the possibility that we could raise the long-term rating on Airbus within the next year, if we consider that financial policy decisions remain supportive.
