OVERVIEW We have assigned 'AAA (sf)' credit ratings to Fosse Master Issuer's class A1 and A2 notes series 2010-4. A pool of first-ranking mortgages secured over properties in England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland collateralizes the notes. LONDON (Standard&Poor's) Sept. 10, 2010--Standard&Poor's Ratings Services today assigned its 'AAA (sf)' credit ratings to Fosse Master Issuer PLC's £675 million and €700 million floating-rate mortgage-backed notes series 2010-4 class A1 and A2 notes. This transaction is the seventh issuance from the Fosse master trust. Following the issuance of the 2010-4 notes, cumulative note issuance from the trust (including the unrated notes) has amounted to £8.8 billion since the beginning of 2010 (with the 2010-1, 2010-2, and 2010-3 series
