OVERVIEW We have assigned credit ratings to Fosse Master Issuer's series 2010-3 class A1, A2, and A3 notes. This is the sixth issuance from the Fosse master trust. A pool of first-ranking mortgages secured over properties in England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland collateralizes the notes. LONDON (Standard&Poor's) July 30, 2010--Standard&Poor's Ratings Services has assigned its credit ratings to Fosse Master Issuer PLC's £3.5 billion class-A mortgage-backed notes series 2010-3. In addition to the rated notes, Fosse Master Issuer simultaneously issued £500 million of subordinated unrated class Z notes (see list below).
