OVERVIEW We affirmed three ratings on three Federal Family Education Loan Program series issued by Rhode Island Student Loan Authority. The affirmations reflect our view of the sufficiency of current credit enhancement levels to support the ratings. NEW YORK (Standard&Poor's) July 23, 2015--Standard&Poor's Ratings Services today affirmed its ratings on the series 2012-1, 2012-2, and 2014-1 Federal Family Education Loan Program (FFELP) notes issued by Rhode Island Student Loan Authority (RISLA; see list). These transactions are collateralized predominantly by a pool of Consolidation (series 2012-1) and Stafford (series 2012-2 and 2014-1) student loans originated through the U.S. government's FFELP.
