Abstract:

NEW YORK (Standard&Poor's) Nov. 12, 2002—Standard&Poor's Ratings Services placed its 'AA+/A-1+' ratings on Cleveland, Ohio's airport system revenue bonds series 1997D and 1997E on CreditWatch negative, following the Nov. 4, 2002, placement of Toronto-Dominion Bank's ratings on CreditWatch negative. The long-term ratings are based upon the joint support of Cleveland (A+/Negative) and a letter of credit provided by Toronto-Dominion Bank (AA-/A-1+/WatchNeg). The short-term rating is based solely on the letter of credit provided by Toronto-Dominion Bank. The LOC is scheduled to expire on Jan. 15, 2003.
