CHICAGO (Standard&Poor's) May 20, 2011--Standard&Poor's Ratings Services withdrew its 'AAA' rating on Naperville, Ill.'s 2002 waterworks and sewerage revenue refunding bonds, reflecting the bonds being legally defeased on Jan. 5, 2011.
