OVERVIEW We raised our rating on the class A-2 bonds issued from Louisiana Public Facilities Authority series 2011A to 'AAA (sf)' from 'AA+ (sf)'. The rating action follows the publication of our criteria regarding payment priority changes upon a nonmonetary event of default. The upgrade reflects our view that available credit enhancement is sufficient to support the higher ratings.
