Rating On One Barclays Bank PLC Market-Linked Note Amended

LONDON (S&P Global Ratings) June 5, 2019--S&P Global Ratings said today that it had in error omitted the 'p' subscript from the callable range accrual notes due April 25, 2034 (ISIN US06747MP755) issued by Barclays Bank PLC (A/Stable/A-1) when this note was rated in April 2019. We add a 'p' subscript to a market-linked note if the principal is linked to an equity index or other index as long as the note is principal-protected. In this instance, the bond is linked to the S&P 500 Index. We have corrected the error by amending to 'Ap' from 'A' our issue rating on this one market-linked note.
