DALLAS (Standard&Poor's) Aug. 13, 2013--Standard&Poor's Ratings Services has raised its rating on Atlanta, Ga.'s revenue bonds to 'A+' from 'A'. At the same time, Standard&Poor's has assigned its 'A+' rating, with a stable outlook, to the city's series 2013A and 2013B water and wastewater revenue refunding bonds. The bonds are secured by net revenues of the water and wastewater system, net of sales tax revenues collected for system maintenance and operation expenses.
