FRANKFURT (Standard&Poor's) Dec. 6, 2007—Standard&Poor's Ratings Services said today that it assigned its 'AAA' credit rating to the "særligt dækkede realkredit obligationer" (Danish legislation-enabled mortgage covered bonds; SDROs) program and first series covered by the new Capital Center 2 established by Nordea Kredit Realkredit A/S. This is the first series issued under the program. Ratings will be assigned to each subsequent series established by Nordea Kredit under the new Capital Center 2.
