Standard&Poor's Ratings Services has assigned a 'AAA' rating to the "særligt dækkede realkredit obligationer" (Danish legislation-enabled mortgage covered bonds; SDROs) program and first series covered by the new Capital Center 2 established by Nordea Kredit Realkredit A/S. Ratings will be assigned to each subsequent series established by Nordea Kredit under the new Capital Center 2. This is the second Danish covered bond program rated by Standard&Poor's under the amended covered bond law which was passed by the Danish legislators on June 6, 2007 (Act No. 577 and associated executive orders), and enacted on July 1, 2007.
