We are revising our outlook on the Province of Prince Edward Island (PEI) to stable from positive. We are affirming our ratings, including our 'A' long-term issuer credit rating, on the province. The outlook revision reflects our assessment of PEI's financial results that have been below our expectations. In our view, PEI's economy has demonstrated exceptional resiliency during the past decade in general, and during the global economic downturn in particular.
