We are affirming our 'AAA' long-term issuer credit and senior unsecured debt ratings and our 'A-1+' short-term rating on the Province of Alberta. We are also affirming our 'AAA' rating on the guaranteed debt outstanding of the Alberta Capital Finance Authority and Alberta Treasury Branch Financial. In part, the ratings reflect our assessment of a very low net tax-supported debt burden compared with that of similarly rated domestic and international peers. The stable outlook reflects our expectation that Alberta's net tax-supported debt burden will remain low and stable in the medium term.
