Abstract:

On Dec. 10, 2021, we revised our outlook on Turkey to negative from stable. As a result, we have reviewed our ratings on two Turkish telecom companies, Turkcell and Turk Telekom. We revised our outlooks on both companies to negative from stable to mirror that on Turkey. We also affirmed our ratings on the companies. MOSCOW (S&P Global Ratings) Dec. 15, 2021--S&P Global Ratings said today that it revised its outlooks on two Turkish telecom companies, Turkcell and Turk Telekom to negative from stable and affirmed its ratings on both (see Ratings List for details).
