SAN FRANCISCO (Standard&Poor's) June 27, 2008--Standard&Poor's Ratings Services revised the outlook to positive on West Contra Costa Unified School District, Calif.'s outstanding general obligation (GO) debt. In addition, Standard&Poor's assigned its 'A-' rating to the district's 2005 series B GO bonds. The outlook is positive. Standard&Poor's also affirmed its 'A-' rating on the district's outstanding GO bonds.
