We affirmed our rating on one class from CIT Group Securitization Corp. II series 1995-2. NEW YORK (S&P Global Ratings) July 28, 2022--S&P Global Ratings today affirmed its 'CC (sf)' rating on class B from CIT Group Securitization Corp. II's series 1995-2. (See list.) The transaction is backed by a collateral pool of manufactured housing loans that are currently serviced by Caliber Home Loans Inc.
