Abstract:

OVERVIEW CIT Group Securitization Corp. II series 1995-2 is an ABS transaction backed by manufactured housing installment sale contracts. We lowered our rating on the class B certificates to 'CC (sf)' from 'CCC- (sf)'. The downgrade reflects the likelihood in our view that this class will not receive full repayment of its original principal amount at legal final maturity. NEW YORK (Standard&Poor's) Oct. 23, 2015--Standard&Poor's Ratings Services today lowered its rating on the class B certificates from CIT Group Securitization Corp. II series 1995-2, an asset-backed securities (ABS) transaction backed by fixed-rate manufactured housing installment sale contracts originated by CIT Group Inc., to 'CC (sf)' from 'CCC- (sf)'.
