We reviewed our ratings on five classes of notes from Columbia Cent CLO 28 Ltd., a U.S. cash flow CLO transaction. We lowered our rating on the class D notes and removed the rating from CreditWatch with negative implications. We also affirmed our ratings on the class A-1-R, A-2-R, B-R, and C notes. The downgrade reflects the insufficient credit support for the class D notes at the prior rating level. The affirmations reflect our view that the credit support available to those classes is commensurate with the assigned ratings.
