Columbia Cent CLO 28 Ltd. refinanced its class A-1, A-2, and B notes on May 7, 2021, through an optional redemption and replacement note issuance. After analyzing the changes to the transaction, we assigned ratings to the replacement class A-1-R, A-2-R, and B-R notes, and withdrew our ratings on the class A-1, A-2, and B notes following payment in full.
