S&P Global Ratings assigned its 'AA-' long-term rating to the Ohio Turnpike&Infrastructure Commission's (OTIC) proposed $81.3 million series 2020A taxable senior-lien revenue refunding bonds, and its 'A+' long-term rating to the commission's estimated $375.9 million series 2020A taxable junior-lien revenue refunding bonds. At the same time, S&P Global Ratings affirmed its 'AA-' rating on OTIC's senior-lien revenue bonds outstanding, and its 'A+' rating on the junior-lien revenue bonds outstanding. The outlook is stable. The ratings reflect our opinion of the turnpike's very strong enterprise risk profile and strong financial risk profile. The ratings also reflect a positive holistic adjustment to accurately reflect the overall creditworthiness of OTIC, as a mature and large statewide system with over 54 million
