CENTENNIAL (S&P Global Ratings) Jan. 10, 2020--S&P Global Ratings assigned its 'AA-' long-term rating to the Ohio Turnpike&Infrastructure Commission's (OTIC) proposed $81.3 million series 2020A taxable senior-lien revenue refunding bonds, and its 'A+' long-term rating to the commission's estimated $375.9 million series 2020A taxable junior-lien revenue refunding bonds. At the same time, S&P Global Ratings affirmed its 'AA-' rating on OTIC's senior-lien revenue bonds outstanding, and its 'A+' rating on the junior-lien revenue bonds outstanding. The outlook is stable. "The ratings reflect our opinion of the turnpike's very strong enterprise risk profile and strong financial risk profile," said S&P Global Ratings credit analyst Scott Shad.
