...NEW YORK (Standard & Poor's) Jan. 16, 2015--Standard & Poor's today placed its commercial mortgage servicer rankings for Ocwen Loan Servicing LLC (OLS) on CreditWatch Negative. Standard & Poor's currently ranks OLS as AVERAGE as a commercial mortgage special servicer and small-balance commercial mortgage servicer. We also rank OLS as ABOVE AVERAGE as a small-balance commercial mortgage special servicer. In accordance with our criteria, today's CreditWatch action results in the removal of OLS from the S&P Select Servicer List as a commercial mortgage special servicer and small-balance commercial mortgage servicer. OLS is currently the servicer for about one-third of our rated transactions that are backed by small business loans. We do not anticipate that the CreditWatch placement of OLS will have an impact on the current ratings of these transactions.
