...NEW YORK (Standard & Poor's) Oct. 7, 2008--Standard & Poor's Ratings Services today affirmed its ABOVE AVERAGE commercial mortgage special servicer ranking on Ocwen Loan Servicing LLC (OLS). The outlook is stable. The ranking is supported, in large part, by the company's team of seasoned and experienced asset managers. The company's group of real estate industry veterans effectively administers a modestly sized portfolio. Additionally, OLS operates with a solid technological infrastructure and exercises reasonable internal controls. While the ABOVE AVERAGE ranking reflects the company's effective special servicing operation, Standard & Poor's looks to OLS to gradually increase its loan resolution volume. The company's statistics indicate that the bulk of its recent servicing activity has involved managing and disposing of REO properties.
