...NEW YORK (Standard & Poor's) Oct. 3, 2006--Standard & Poor's Ratings Services today assigned its AVERAGE ranking to Ocwen Loan Servicing LLC (OLS) as a commercial mortgage master servicer. The outlook is stable. In addition to this ranking, OLS maintains an AVERAGE ranking for commercial primary servicing and an ABOVE AVERAGE ranking for commercial special servicing. The AVERAGE master servicer ranking reflects OLS' adequate policies and procedures, its subservicer audit process, along with a capable technology platform. While OLS does not currently serve as a master servicer for any outstanding commercial transactions in the U.S., Standard & Poor's is familiar with the company's commercial master servicing capabilities, given its ownership of Global Servicing Solutions Canada Corp., a servicing and asset management joint venture formed in 2002 between Ocwen Financial Corp.
