...NEW YORK (S&P Global Ratings) Nov. 26, 2018--S&P Global Ratings assigned its '##' long-term rating to New York City's approximately $1.05 billion of fixed-rate general obligation (GO) bonds, composed of approximately $700 million tax-exempt fiscal 2019 series D-1, approximately $223.79 million taxable series D-2, and about $126.21 million taxable series D-3 GO bonds as well as approximately $69 million fiscal 2008 subseries J-3 and $87 million fiscal 2008 subseries J-11 GO bonds, which are being converted from floating-rate to a fixed-rate mode on or around Dec. 18, 2018. At the same time, S&P Global Ratings affirmed its '##' underlying ratings on all series of the city's GO debt outstanding, its '##-' underlying rating on all of the city's appropriation debt outstanding, and its 'A+' underlying rating on the city's moral obligation debt outstanding.
