...S&P Global Ratings affirmed its '##-' long-term and 'A+' underlying ratings on Hudson Yards Infrastructure Corp. (HYIC), N.Y.'s fiscal 2012 series A first-indenture senior revenue bonds and fiscal 2017 series A (tax exempt) and B (taxable) second-indenture revenue bonds. The outlook on all long-term ratings is stable. We rate the authority's debt based on the application of our "Issue Credit Ratings Linked To U.S. Public Finance Obligors' Creditworthiness" criteria (published Jan. 22, 2018). We rate the first-indenture senior revenue bonds one notch below the City of New York's general creditworthiness as expressed in our rating on the city's unlimited-tax general obligation (GO) bonds. We rate the second-indenture revenue bonds two notches below the city's general creditworthiness.
